Shipping Policy

A flat rate of $5.75 is charged to cover USPS Ground Advantage shipping service for each order. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours some exceptions may occur. Black Friday sales typically ship within 2 to 5 days of order. Tracking information will be sent to your email so you can track the progress of your order.

If you think your order has been lost or stolen please email info@flagshipgifts.com and we will work with you to find a solution.  Flagship Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
