FAQ - Most commonly asked questions

Q: How long does it takes for my order to ship?

A: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will typically ship Monday.  Black Friday sales are typically shipped 2-5 days after order is placed. 

Q: Why is shipping $5.25?

Shipping fee of $5.25 includes USPS Ground Advantage service with tracking, providing package tracking and proof of delivery. Tracking information will be sent via email to you when order is fulfilled.

Q: What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?

A: If tracking shows it was not delivered we will provide a replacement and reissue your order. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package you would need to go to your local post office and speak with the Postmaster. They can reverse track it to find out where it was misplaced and retrieve your package for you. The sooner you do this the more likely they will be  able to get your package back.

Q: Are the gift cards useable at all Flagship Cinemas locations? 

A:  Gift Cards and vouchers available at flagshipgifts.com are accepted at all Flagship Premium Cinemas locations excluding Flagship Water Tower location.  If you would like to purchase a gift card for our Water Tower location please use the following link.

Q: How do I check the balance on my gift card?

A: You can check your Gift Card balance by going to https://flagshipcinemas.com/page/film-fanatic.  This will take you to a page that has a "click here to check balance" section.  From there you'll just enter the card number on the back and see your balance.  You can also check the balance at any of our theaters.
