Q: How long does it takes for my order to ship?

A: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less, if an order is made on  Saturday or Sunday it will go out Monday morning

Q: Why is shipping $4.00?

A: The shipping is $4.00 because it includes tracking, which is emailed to you at the time of shipment so you can track your order. This allows you the ability to track your package and gives us proof of delivery. 

Q: What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?

A: If tracking shows it was not delivered we will provide a replacement and reissue your order. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package you would need to go to your local post office and speak with the Postmaster. They can reverse track it to find out where it was misplaced and retrieve your package for you. The sooner you do this the more likely they will be  able to get your package back.

Q: Are the gift cards useable at all Flagship Cinemas locations? 

A: Yes, Gift Cards and all promotional items can be used at all Flagship Cinemas locations.

Q: How do I check the balance on my gift card?

A: You can check your Gift Card balance by going to the Flasghipcinemas.com website and scroll down to the bottom and click on "Film Fanatic Club".  This will take you to a page that has a "click here to check balance" section.  From there you'll just enter the card number on the back and see your balance.  You can also check the balance at any of our theaters.
